The curriculum builds on communicative strategies that include: asking questions to obtain information, answering questions to provide information, how to structure and sequence a presentation? How to organize a presentation for maximum effect; participant’s will develop and hone their language skills to enable them to be more effective corporate liaisons. |

| The program begins with a review of the vocabulary and communication styles that are an inherent part of the business world. The program develops and enhances skills necessary to communicate in a professional context. The curriculum builds on communicative strategies that include: how to write persuasively, whether it is a letter, email, memo or proposal. Furthermore, the curriculum builds on presentation strategies that include, how to structure and sequence a presentation, how to organize points for maximum effect, how to use their voice and visual aids effectively.
